Found out yesterday that my stepmother (Weslee's Grandma SueSue) suddenly collapsed last week while on the tennis court. She was rushed to the hospital and immediately into surgery.
I won't give any more details .. not my tale to tell .. but she needs healing thoughts sent her way.
See, Sue is my son's last surviving grandparent (we have had so many deaths in the family these last few years). He adores her, and deeply wishes he could see her more often. She lives in another state, about a day and a half of driving away.
