Apr 15: My Health Unveiled

I am going to TRY to make this a fairly short post. Well, shorter than normal!

Ok. Pulling back the curtain, so here goes. I have been having increasingly concerning health situations crop up lately. I have a problem with my blood / low white blood cells and platelets / anemia.  Within the next few weeks, I have two different exploratory surgeries to check out a possible reason for the blood problem and to biopsy a mass that was discovered today. My spine has degenerated so much from catching Weslee during seizures, from falling down the stairs or hitting his head on something sharp that I can barely stand up straight anymore. (NO guilting Weslee about that. He can't help it.)

There's a bunch of other things, but the discovering of the mass made me decide to be open here. Today.

And ...Weslee has finally told me why he has been in such a terrible mood lately. He is concerned, no... terrified, that one day he will wake up and I won't. He is scared, as am I.

So I need to do what I can for my health problems. Stop them from getting worse. Mitigate those that I can. Work to stick around longer, and sort out Weslee's health and future.

This post isn't to garner sympathy. I wrote it to get off the stick and get my ducks in a row. That means my health AND Weslee's health.
