Jul 9: Comfort vs Seizures

As I have mentioned, I spent many years tracking Weslee's seizures, what he was doing, how he felt, etc.

One pattern emerged ... if he is not physically comfortable, like not taking a nap, being cold or hot, hungry, etc ... then he will have a seizure within a day or so.

We live in a pretty small townhouse. The first few years we were fairly comfortable, temperature-wise. For some reason, this year we absolutely are NOT! 

The outdoor temp has been in the 80s and 90s. But the indoor .. first floor is cold, obeying the thermostat.  As we walk up the stairs, at around the 7th step, the temp rises a minimum of 15 degrees.

See the pic. I splurged $7 on these monitors to make sure the temp difference was not just in my head.  This pic shows the jump.

Unbelievable.

I then ordered 2 arctic-type personal a/c units. Supposed to be here next week. We can barely wait.
